Shipping Policy
Fulfillment time
Standard fulfillment takes 2–5 business days.
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.
Note: Some orders may take longer due to product availability or other factors.
Shipping time
Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination:
Domestic orders: 1–8 business days.
International orders: 1–20 business days
Return & Exchange Policy
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to make it right.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item (wrong design, size, or product), notify us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send the correct item ASAP.
Non-Returnable Items
Because items are custom-printed just for you, the following are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Incorrect size selection
Color differences due to screen variations
Normal wear and tear
Items washed or worn
