Shipping Policy

Fulfillment time

  • All items are custom made to order by my trusted print & fulfillment partner.

  • Standard production takes 5-10 business days. Some orders may take longer due to product availability or other factors.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: You may receive a shipping notification when your shipping label is printed, and it may take a few days to see tracking movement.

  • You can track the status of your order via your order confirmation email.

  • Some items may be pre-order or backordered. You should receive status updates about this via email. If you have any questions, email info@baileyaro.com.

  • Please note that all timeframes are estimated, and not guaranteed.

Shipping time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination:

  • Domestic orders: 1–8 business days.

  • International orders: 1–20 business days

  • Local Pickup: Because I am partnering with a 3rd party print & fulfillment partner for this project, all items are shipped directly to the customer. Therefore, I am unable to offer local pickup at this time.

Most customers receive their orders within 1-2 weeks of order placement, though this can vary based on item type(s).

Return & Exchange Policy

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to make it right.

  • Please contact me (Bailey) within 7 days of delivery at info@baileyaro.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item (wrong design, size, or product), notify us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send the correct item ASAP.

Non-Returnable Items

Because items are custom-printed just for you, the following are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color differences due to screen variations

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items washed or worn
